Originally bought to use with Mavic Mini as for what I can only assume was commercial reasons DJI nerfed the drone in the Fly app, since upgrading to a mini 2 a couple of years later I've exclusively used Litchi as I much prefer its interface and features over the Fly app which for whatever reason keeps going AWOL with android updates. Litchi meanwhile just works

Hi there, i had no issues with the software, except that i noticed it was not compatible with my DJI mini 2E. I miss read the list of devices it was compatible with. I was hoping i could get a refund? thank you.

The features in this app are amazing. Controller tracking works quite nicely. But some issues occured when I tried doing the automated flight. I planned the flight path out but when I got the drone in the air it seemed that as soon as I pressed start the gimbal would start moving very fast up and down in an erratic way. The drone wouldn't follow the path either. I was quite disappointed with it. Second thing is the range. I couldn't get the app to use 5.8Ghz mode so I couldn't get very far.

I LOVE LITCHI. I have gone from being terrified of using my drone with DJI Go to just flying my drone for the hell of it with Litchi. A brand new Mavic out of the box running on DJI Go gave me nothing but random disconnections and terrible video feeds, even after downgrading my app to a "stable" version. Now I'm flying farther and doing cooler things all because of a different program. The only reason I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is a lack of a few key features from DJI Go. Mainly playback and Gimbal speed adjustment, which I've Googled up and down and can't find a solution for. Props to the developers for making a solid, stable app that wouldn't even be necessary if DJI did their jobs properly.

The good: there's no bloat, does only and exactly what it's meant to do. Waypoint mission pre-plan is very good, but could be much better. The bad: with Spark the heading is way off all the time, inaccurate and last time it didn't keep mission preset speed. Only extra over DJI go4 is waypoint and orbit missions, and these are useless with Spark.

The Litchi app is amazing. When I first bought my DJI Magic mini I used the native DJI Fly app, but something happened and apparently they want to charge MONTHLY fees for the app now, after you've already bought and paid for your drone and expect to be able to use it from then on. I had heard of Litchi but now that I've used it, it's as amazing as I had hoped and I would have paid their reasonable one time cost to have use of all it's amazing features had I known sooner.

I purchased Litchi primarily for the Follow mode. As long as the weather is favorable (no fog or low clouds), and you don't get sand in the gimbal, it follows quite well. It followed two mountain bikers downhill for ten minutes, and only momentarily lost them from time to time. I do wish that the Follow interface was more intuitive, as there are a few options in there that you just have to risk trying to figure out. Also, watch out for obstacles before you enable Follow.

After many trials, the app finally connected with the server. It all looked fancy and seemed to be working fine, however, photos and videos are impossible to be accessed due to some bug. They are impossible even to be downloaded onto my phone or any other phone. There should be a trial period for future buyers, after which they can actually decide if its worth the money. I know I have wasted mine. Dji Fly might not be the best app, but at least I can access the footage. Totally disappointed.

Third time I've done this review due to uninstalling and reloading app to try and fix. The very first time I used the app it was OK. So much potential! But since then all I get is "disconnected" in the top banner. Have force stopped and then uninstalled DJI Go. Have logged in ok. Update: seems app connects when phone is in "aircraft" mode.

I recently got the DJI mini 2 but have been reluctant to push it out of fear of a crash. Short story, the Litchi app waypoints are perfect for the mini 2 as I've set up multiple flights in under an hour while on my laptop at home and flying them without a hitch! The Litchi app makes it easy to set up and fine-tune your flights. You can enjoy taking in the view and filming without worrying about altitude.

Works fine mostly but the fact that it cannot unlock no fly zones is a deal breaker for me. I fly for business and have to unlock all the time. The suggested solution is to unlock your drone in dji go 4 then switch to litchi, but dji can't keep up with android and doesn't work at all on my device (S22). Instantly regretted buying this. Flying a mavic 2 pro
